To add pages to the navigation bar on the left simply create a new page and drag it into navigation view. I's best to put a dash before the name to keep it away from the side of the button.

The right hand news box can be updated by changing the file news.htm in the includes file. Rememebr it's possible to add more of these boxes by duplicating the file and inserting the new include page.

Whilst editing text it's probably easier to temporarily change this cell background colour to white so you can see the changes as you are making them
